This GENERAL LIST blend of two Germanic and one French Alsatian Riesling clone has a bright pale straw colour. Honeyed, gently spicy, lemon-melon-apple aromas with some hints of minerality. Gently sweet (21 g/L residual sugar), medium-light bodied, honeyed, bright, melon-apple-lemon flavours with a fairly tangy, unoaked, spicy finish.
