| Medium light yellow colour. Gently honeyed, slightly spicy, fresh ripe lemon-melon nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, harmonious, slightly honeyed, fresh, melon-orange-citrus-apple flavours with a crisp unoaked finish. Screwcap closure. This General List release has 13% alcohol and comes with a screwcap closure. Now available chilled as part of the LCBO fridge programme.

| Now available chilled as part of the LCBO fridge programme. "The 2012 fruit came in clean and ripe and it was pressed immediately. Juice was clarified using flotation technology and a selected yeast strain was used. For our non-oak Chardonnay a cold ferment is used to maintain a crisp acidity and fruitiness. Fermentation was completed in 10 days and no malolactic fermentation was done on this wine." Roberto DiDomenico Winemaker. |
