WILLIAM FÈVRE CHAMPS ROYAUX CHABLIS 2013 AC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer WILLIAM FÈVRE
Bright light straw colour. Initially slightly shy, gently spicy, faintly honeyed, bright ripe lemon-melon nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, tangy, faintly spicy, very fresh ripe lemon-melon flavours with a bright, crisp, unoaked, faintly lime-tinged, mineral-driven finish. A perfect match with oysters. It has 12.5% alcohol and gets better if permitted to breathe! CSPC 276436
