| Bright light straw colour. Dry, slightly schisty, youthful, ripe lemon nose. Spicy, dry, medium-light bodied, almost spritzy, ripe apple-melon-lemon flavours with a very crisp, lingering, mineral tinged, oak-free finish. Screwcap closure. Try with oysters. |

| TASTING NOTE: This one leaps out of the glass with dry, yet juicy fruit. The nose is all citrus, honey and mineral-laced - like licking a stone that's been dipped in honey and drenched with lemonade.
