Very pale yellow colour. Fairly peppery slightly honeyed, spicy, stewed lemon nose with some caramel notes. Flavourful, well balanced, bright, medium-light bodied, dry, ripe, lemony flavours with a harmonious hint of caramel on the lingering finish. TASTING NOTE: ... Fresh and fruity on the nose in classic Arran style, with toffee apples. Well-rounded and pleasing. Cinnamon and ginger notes develop in time.
