Lovely, medium bodied, harmonious, smooth, ripe, plummy-caramel flavours with a long, lingering, vanilla-tinged finish that goes on and on. This very tasty classic was aged since 1963 in Oloroso Sherry casks, CSPC 266700

Rich, dense aromas of saddle leather, cocoa, salty sautéed almonds, and golden raisin scone with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a long, evolving chocolate nut fudge, maple, vanilla bean, grain flour, mossy seashore earth, and warming peppery spice finish.
