Bright very pale yellow colour. Faintly peppery, slightly honeyed, spicy, ripe lemon nose with some caramel notes. Dry, quite assertive, medium bodied, well balanced, bright, ripe plum, lemon-tinged flavours with hints of caramel, spice and honey on the lingering finish. Has an alcohol level of 43%, which is 3% higher than when it last appeared in Vintages (**/**+) on January 19, 2013 at $41.95 and was Recommended. CSPC 981084

TASTING NOTE: Fresh and fruity on the nose in classic Arran style, with pears, toffee apple, and vanilla. Cinnamon and ginger notes develop in time.
