TASTING NOTE: Solidly built, serious Malbec with an effortless sense of power. Packed with grilled herbs, blackberry, cocoa powder, dark cherry preserves and wood smoke, it's massive and generously flavoured with a warm, spiced midpalate and finish. Pair with a selection of asado-style grilled meats, or blackened herbed steaks. (VINTAGES panel, June 2014) |
