Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer CHAKANA
Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, spicy, cooked plum nose with some reductive, baked apple and cedar notes. Dry, medium bodied, very spicy, slightly tinny, hot, plum-cherry flavours with a very slightly bitter, mocha-tinged, cedary finish. Has 14% alcohol and 7 g/L residual sugar. Screwcap closure.
