Bright medium straw colour. Slightly spicy, honeyed, dried lemon-apple nose with some faintly resinous cedar notes. Dry, medium bodied, tangy lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, faintly cedary, slightly spicy, crisp, mineral-tinged finish with a touch of sulphur. Ready-to-drink.
