Extremely deep intense purple colour. Fairly intense, slightly spicy, ripe plum-cherry fruit on the nose with some cedary notes. Fairly dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, slightly spicy, bright cedar-tinged finish. Quite ready-to-drink. |

TASTING NOTE: The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva has a lifted, floral bouquet with dark cherries, cedar and raspberry fruit. The palate is full in the mouth, but well-defined with a firm backbone and cohesive, red berry fruit laced with cedar and sandalwood towards the persistent finish. This is an excellent Cabernet that should age well. Drink now- 2017. Score - 90 (Neal Martin, erobertparker.com, Oct. 2012) |
