PIZZELLA FAMILY VINEYARD MALBEC 2013 Uco Valley, Mendoza |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
LA POSTA |
Extremely deep intense purple colour. Fairly attractive, ripe blueberry-plum compote nose with some spicy, cherry-cedar-black-pepper notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp, somewhat cedary finish. This easy-to-drink crowd pleaser is not up to the recommended best buy 2011 (**/**+) released on September 28, 2013 at $15.95. |
