Extremely deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, dusty, faintly peppery, blueberry-plum jam nose with some cedar notes. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, baked plum-cherry flavours with a crisp, somewhat peppery, cedary finish. Similar to the 2010 (*+) released on September 28, 2013 at $15.95. CSPC 288381

Now family owned, this 100-year-old property is situated at an altitude of nearly 2,300 feet and has many vines that are in excess of 50 years old. Irrigated by melting snow from the Andes, the varied elevations and mesoclimates allow for the cultivation of terroir-driven Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bonarda, Syrah, Torrontés, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. This Malbec is a great value and will offer spicy black fruit notes in an easy-drinking style. Price $ 15.95
