TASTING NOTE: Medium ruby. Currant, cherry, spices, licorice and peppery fresh herbs on the nose. Suave and energetic, showing some distinctly peppery cabernet character but coming across as balanced and fresh. Finishes with firm, spicy tannins and good length and cut. Score - 88 (Stephen Tanzer, vinousmedia.com, March 2014) |
