PAISAJE DE TUPUNGATO 2012 Mendoza
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer FINCA FLICHMAN
Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, spicy, mocha-chocolate nose with lots of baked ripe plum notes. Fairly dry, medium-full bodied, solid, spicy, baked plum flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, fairly high acid finish. Still quite youthful - great with a rib steak. Has 14.5% alcohol and only 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L15R12 on the back label. CSPC 415034

Silver Medal winner at the 2014 Argentina Wine Awards. TASTING NOTE: Initially this Malbec-led blend is reduced, but with airing minerality and concentrated aromas of jammy berry fruits and latex win out. This is packed, ripe and stacked on the palate. Flavors of ripe black fruits, licorice, pepper and berry preserves finish spicy, peppery and with a note of chocolate. Drink through 2020.
