A Best Buy
The single-varietal wines in the Alta Vista Premium lineup are given custom-tailored attention. Each grape variety is not only planted in a specifically chosen site, it's also subject to different vineyard management, winemaking and cellaring techniques to bring out its full individuality. In this Cabernet, look for toasty coconut and vanilla notes atop ripe black currant and black cherry fruit. Enjoy with rare roast beef or a juicy steak. Price $ 19.95
