Extremely deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, ripe plum-cherry puree nose with some cedary, mineral-tinged notes. Dry, medium bodied, baked plum-black and red cherry flavours with a youthful, lingering, slightly cedary finish. Has 14% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1518514217 on the back label. Not up to the recommended 2011 (***) released on September 27, 2014 at $49.95. |
