Extremely deep intense purple colour. Spicy, plum-cherry puree nose with some cedary notes. Fairly dry, bright, medium bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, plum-cherry flavours with a very crisp finish. .Tony Aspler (87-points): Dense purple colour; red licorice and cherry nose; medium-bodied, richly extracted fruit with a firm tannic finish. This blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Malbec and 10% Syrah aged was in oak for 12 months. Has 14% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar. The 2011 (*+) was released on September 14, 2013 at $14.95.
