TASTING NOTE: The 2013 Côtes du Rhône Premières Côte is the first vineyard that gets harvested each year, generally in late September/early October. A blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre that will see 12 months in concrete tank, it's an impressive 2013 that offers plenty of ripeness, medium-bodied depth and richness and terrific length. It tastes more like a mini Châteauneuf du Pape than a Côtes du Rhône, and should have 5-6 years of longevity. Score - 88-90 (Jeb Dunnuck, erobertparker.com, Oct. 2014) Price $ 15.95
