Light bright salmon pink colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, bright, ripe, plummy, red cherry nose. Dry, very well balanced, medium bodied, slightly spicy, ripe plum-cherry flavours with good effervescence and a lingering, fairly crisp finish. This ready-to-drink blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay has 12% alcohol with only 7 g/L residual sugar. “Degorged August 2015” appears on the back label.
