Bright light salmon pink colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, fresh ripe plum nose with hints of fresh apple. Slightly off-dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, plummy, strawberry-apple flavours with a lingering, crisp finish and good effervescence.
