Medium yellow colour. Intense, complex, mature, toasty, spicy, baked lemon nose with lots of brioche notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, slightly spicy, somewhat honeyed, lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp, toasty finish. This 12.5% alcohol blend of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir with lot number 323M on the lower part of the glass bottle. A repeat of the recommended 2006 (***) released on March 15, 2014 at $53.95. |
