TASTING NOTE: Pale yellow straw colour, with a good mousse when poured in a flute. Explosive citrus aromas and flavours, specifically lemon, along with some sweet notes of apple and a hint of shortbread. A bit of minerality coming through as a briny seashell taste. Brilliant acidity and a fairly long finish. Perfect with oysters, pork tenderloin or turkey breast, or simply a snack of assorted roasted nuts. (VINTAGES panel, July 2015) Price $ 39.95
