Bunnahabhain was named Distillery of the Year at the 2016 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. TASTING NOTE: Very appealing brown sugar, syrup, old furniture, natural caramel and autumn leaves. Pleasingly sweet on the palate, with some raisin cake and a hint of wood smoke. Score - Best Islay Single Malt 12 Year (Tim Forbes, World Whiskies Awards, 2014) |
