Fairly deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, fairly juicy, ripe plum and baked cherry nose with some cedary notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, spicy, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, cedary, faintly mocha-chocolate-tinged finish. A ready-to-drink, wide-appeal, crowd-pleasing style. The 2013 (**) was released on July 11, 2015 at $17.95. TONY ASPLER / 88.5-points / BEST BUY - Smoky, spicy blackberry nose with an oaky note; full-bodied, dry, well-extracted black fruit flavours and a firm finish.
