TASTING NOTE: This blend of Chardonnay/Pinot Noir is made in the 'traditional method' thus mirroring Champagne in grape varieties and how it's produced; it's also made from grapes grown just south of Champagne However, it doesn't mirror Champagne's price and that makes it interesting. It's rich, fruity with generous mousse - lots of bubbles - satin-smooth mouth feel and divine aftertaste. A perfect wine to welcome guests, this has the character and depth to match well with appetizers and lighter fare - pick up a few.
