| Only presented at one of the consultants previews in the LCBO lab. Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, rich, ripe plum-cassis nose with some refined cedary notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, dense, intense, ripe warm Damson plum-cherry-cassis flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, fairly high acid finish. Tasted once, I have no hesitation in recommending this fine Malbec. Has 14% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar. |

| TASTING NOTE: This gorgeous Malbec gets it right. Compact, minerally aromas of blackberry are deep and a bit feral. The palate is juicy and pulses with ribald berry fruit and acidity. Blackberry flavors are beefy, salty and a touch roasted, while the finish is baked, rich and perfectly oaked. Drink through 2020. Editors' Choice.
