| Bright light straw colour. Attractive, very gently toasty, slightly spicy, ripe lemon puree nose. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, slightly spicy, bright ripe lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, faintly toasty, high acid finish. Very fine effervescence. Quite ready-to-drink. Great value here. Last appeared in Vintages (***) on February 21, 2015 at $44.95 and was Recommended Best Buy. TONY ASPLER / 90-points / BEST BUY - Minerally, lemon nose; medium-bodied, crisply dry, mouth-freshening crabapple and lemon flavours with a long tangy finish. Has 12% alcohol and 13 g/L residual sugar with lot number LBR13*10416 on the back label. |
