TASTING NOTE: Crémant wines are sparkling wines from seven regions in France and produced in the traditional Champagne method. They are an excellent value option for people seeking a 'Champagne experience' at a lower price point. This rosé-styled example offers touches of candied red cherry, a light, bready autolytic character and a fresh, crisp acidity. An underlying herbal tone adds complexity throughout.
