LCBO Note Status Recommended by Vintage Assessments!
Balvenie was constructed in 1892 and the name translates to 'village of luck.' The defining characteristics of Balvenie are the vanilla and sweet honey tones that the entire range of whiskies exhibit, and that mark them as undeniably Speyside. The 15-Years-Old Single Barrel suggests complex citrus, pineapple, coconut, and anise atop the honey and oak-influenced vanilla. This is a consistently balanced and polished expression with great precision and definition. Price $ 279.95
