A Vintage Assessments Explorer's Selection! |
This is sourced from vineyards located at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,700 metres, in which the grapes enjoy excellent sunshine and cool temperatures that allow them to ripen evenly and fully. Salentein seeks to craft a wine that will exhibit tremendous purity of fruit, and maintain the freshness and crispness provided by the high altitude. You can expect this 2014 example to be a fruit-driven delight. Tim Atkin, MW, awarded this wine a rating of 92 points in his 2016 Argentina Report. |
