Bright very pale straw colour. Slightly honeyed, spicy, mineral-driven, ripe apple-melon-lemon nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, lively, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with a very crisp, unoaked, effervescent, yellow grapefruit-tinged finish. A repeat of the recommended 2014 (**/**+) released on June 11, 2016 at $19.95. TASTING NOTE: A surprisingly complex offering for the price with notes of honey and beeswax, lemon zest and green apple. Above average intensity and depth of flavour. Frankly, this is a steal.
