Extremely deep intense purple colour. Attractive, complex, intense, expansive, ripe black cherry puree nose with some cedary notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, dense, well structured, rich ripe cherry-plum puree flavours with a lingering, sandalwood-cedar-driven, high acid finish. Very similar to the recommended 2010 (***) released on April 30, 2016 at $39.95. TONY ASPLER / 90.5-points / TRY - Peppery, black cherry and vanilla oak bouquet; medium to full-bodied, dry, very elegant, lovely mouth-feel, firmly structured and well-balanced. Has 15% alcohol with lot number L14045 on the back label. Comes in an extremely heavy bottle. |
