Fairly deep intense purple colour. Intense, slightly spicy, tight, cherry-plum nose with some cedary notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, fairly dense, plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, tangy, slightly cedary, tart, mocha-chocolate finish. Has 14% alcohol with lot number L1607816278 on the back label. Not up to the recommended 2012 (***) with 91-points released on November 28, 2015 at $46.95. TONY ASPLER / 88.5-points - Earthy, black cherry and currant nose with well-integrated oak; full-bodied, dry, well-extracted blackcurrant and plum flavours with balancing acidity and ripe tannins.
