Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, complex, slightly spicy, plummy, cherry puree nose with lots of cedar notes. Intense, harmonious, medium-full to full bodied, very well structured, dense with great mouthfeel, slightly spicy, very faintly herbal, quite lovely, ripe baked plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, cedar-tinged, harmonious, albeit fairly high acid finish. This 100% Malbec has 14.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number LEM-010816 on the back label. Better than the recommended 2007 (**+) released on March 19, 2011 at $34.95 (CSPC 194308).
