| Very bright deep intense violet-purple colour. Attractive, spicy, juicy, ripe plum-cherry nose with lots of cedary notes. Dry, medium bodied, smooth, spicy, juicy, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a fresh, tangy, gently cedary finish. Still pretty youthful, this is one of those wines that improves with some breathing. TONY ASPLER / 88.5-points / BEST BUY - Spicy plum nose with vanilla oak notes; full-bodied, mouth-filling sweet plum and blackberry flavours ending with soft, ripe tannins. Has 13.5% alcohol and 7 g/L residual sugar with lot number 1LC-17019 on the back label and a screwcap closure. |
