Bright extremely pale salmon pink colour. Fairly attractive, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, apple-plum-melon nose with some faint leesy notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, tangy apple flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar.
