| Bright extremely pale faint pink colour. Fairly spicy, honeyed, ripe apple-melon nose. Fairly dry, light bodied, very slightly spicy, shy apple-melon-lemon flavours with a crisp unoaked finish. This increases the grapes' physiological ripeness - responsible for the development of colour, tannin and flavour concentration. This will be a floral wine with touches of citrus fruit and herbs.
