Bright light colour. Spicy, honeyed, plum-apple nose. Fairly dry, somewhat peppery, medium-light to light bodied bright, spicy, plum-apple-cherry flavours with an unoaked, crisp finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 12% alcohol and only 5 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. The recommended 2015 (**/**+) with 15 g/L residual sugar was released on September 3, 2016 at $17.15.
