Bright very light day-glo metallic pink colour. Slightly spicy, ripe apple-melon nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, very bright, slightly spicy, tangy, plum-cherry-raspberry flavours with a very crisp, unoaked finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 12% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 16363 on the back label. Screwcap closure. CSPC 492934

TASTING NOTE: Crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this is from one of Chile's foremost producers: Don Maximiano Errázuriz founded Vińa Errázuriz in 1870. This 2016 rosé is filled with notes of sour cherry, strawberry and raspberry in a tangy, round and zesty package. A real lip-smacker, it's perfect for sipping or for lighter fare from the barbecue.
