| Very deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, baked cherry nose with some sandalwood-vanilla notes. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, ripe cherry-blueberry-plum flavours with a lingering cedary finish. TONY ASPLER / 87-points - Dense purple colour; cedary, spicy, vanilla oak, medium to full-bodied, dry, blackberry and dried flowers on the palate with a firm tannic finish. Has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number CVL01117 on the back label. The 2013 appeared in Vintages (**) on April 2, 2016 at $18.95. |
