Not presented at the press and/or consultants preview in the LCBO lab. This note is based on the 750 ml bottle. Extremely pale bright light salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, gently fruity, plum-apple-ruby grapefruit nose. Fairly dry, light bodied, slightly spicy, very pleasant, fresh, apple-tinged, melon-plum flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. CSPC 490912
