Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer QUAILS' GATE
Bright day-glo very light purple-pink colour. Slightly spicy, ripe plum-watermelon nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, bright, gently juicy, rather ripe plum-melon-apple flavours with a fairly crisp, unoaked finish. This 50-50 blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris has 13% alcohol and only 5 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. The 2015 appeared in Vintages (**) with 87.5-points on July 9, 2016 at $18.95 and was Recommended. CSPC 275842
