SOFIA ROSÉ 2016 Monterey County

Bright day-glo light reddish colour. Spicy, plum-apple nose with some bright mineral notes. This blend of Syrah, Grenache and Pinot Noir comes in a lovely bottle and has 12.8% alcohol on the label (but 13.2% according to the winery website) and 3 g/L residual sugar.
