Bright light salmon-tinged orange colour. Sweetish, somewhat oxidized, baked apple-plum-cherry nose. Off dry, medium bodied, spicy, honeyed, baked apple-plum puree flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, faintly bitter finish. Has 11.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number 20170221 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. CSPC 499251
