The name Dogajolo comes from the Italian word doga that means \"stave\": the narrow pieces of wood used in the creation of oak casks. This blend of Sangiovese and Canaiolo - the same grapes that produce Chianti - will be an approachable and food-friendly wine offering suggestions of red flowers, red berry fruit and herbs. It will make a tantalizing partner for charcuterie platters or grilled salmon. Price $ 14.95
