TASTING NOTE: This blend of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc presents a wonderful nose of rhubarb, strawberry and raspberry with some distinct Cab Franc pepper tones. Lithe and delicate on the palate - far more so than the nose suggests - this will make a refreshing sipper, but it will also be nice with rosemary-encrusted grilled pork.
