Bright light reddish pink colour. Spicy, plum nose with some earthy, slightly sulphury notes. Dry, medium-light to light bodied, faintly honeyed, slightly spicy, apple-plum-lemon flavours with a crisp, unoaked, somewhat bitter finish. Ready-to-drink. TASTING NOTE: This wine is made with Xinomavro grapes grown at an altitude of 700 m in the Amyndeon appellation, the only Greek PDO specifically for rosé. It's zesty and tangy with red cherry, watermelon and raspberry aromas and flavours plus a touch of crunchy red pepper on the lip-smacking finish. Pair with green salads or grilled pork kebabs.
