Bright light day glo salmon pink colour. Somewhat shy, slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple puree nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, honeyed, spicy, ripe plum-apple puree flavours with a crisp unoaked finish. Has 13% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar.
