| Very light day glo faint salmon orange pink colour. Spicy, honeyed, ripe melon-apple nose. Fairly dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, quite well structured, ripe plum-melon flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid finish. This Rondinella rose has 12.5% alcohol and 10 g/L residual sugar. | TASTING NOTE: Crafted from Rondinella, famed for its use in Veneto's Valpolicella and Amarone wines, this has a delicate, floral nose that hints at a touch of spice. The palate is tangy and fruity, with a mineral undertone and great balance and drinkability. Good depth and structure, this will be great with grilled chicken or grilled jumbo shrimp.
